The first batch of Guilin’s enterprises occupational skill level identification meeting was held in Fuda
On November 29, Guilin Municipal Bureau of Human Resources
and Social Security held a job site meeting for the first batch of enterprises
in Guilin to identify the occupational skill level in Fuda Co., Ltd., and
issued the certificate of occupational skill level to the first batch of
qualified first-line employees of Guilin Fuda company, which is a pilot
enterprise for the evaluation and reform of skilled talents.

certificate.
In 2018, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social
Security launched the pilot work of vocational skill level identification. In
September this year, Guangxi took the lead in carrying out the work of
identifying the vocational skill level of provincial enterprises nationwide.
Guilin city started the pilot work of enterprise vocational skill level identification
in March, and selected three enterprises including Guilin Fuda, Nanyao and
Yanjing Liquan as the first batch of pilot enterprises of Guangxi vocational
skill level identification. After careful preparation, three enterprises have
passed the technical evaluation of Guangxi expert group, and Guilin Fuda
company has completed the first batch of identification.
